Girl Boss Chess Inc. ("us", "we", or "our") is an online chess collective in the world for girls tackling the gender gap in chess head-on. We operate the www.girlbosschess.com website, offering online classes (the "Service"). Constant Contact does not use cookies on our website but does use them on its site, as outlined in its privacy policy. As part of the registration process for our email newsletters, we collect personal information through Constant Contact. We use that information to deliver information to people on topics they’ve indicated an interest in when subscribing. We do not rent or trade email lists with other groups and keep the personal information collected through signup within Constant Contact. We gather statistics around email openings and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter.
