Chess for Beginners (ages 9-13)
If your child has never played chess or has been introduced to the game but is not certain how each piece moves, Chess for Beginners is the perfect place to start.
Course 1 (ages 9-13)
In Course 1, we begin your child’s chess journey by introducing the fundamentals of chess which is needed to approach learning the game strategically.
Course 2 (ages 9-13)
In Course 2, we reinforce all of the previous content in Course 1 and introduce more complicated rules of the game and drawing conditions.
Course 3 (ages 9-13)
Once our students have learned all the basic concepts, they will embark on a new adventure in Course 3: the world of tactics and strategy!
Course 4 (ages 9-13)
Course 4 focuses on game strategies. Students will learn how to make goals and assess different moves in order to achieve them.
Course 5 (ages 9-13)
Course 5 aims to significantly enhance students' tactical skills and deepen their fundamental understanding of the game. This will be achieved by closely examining their gameplay and imparting more advanced strategic concepts to further enrich their strategic thinking.
Course 6 (ages 9-13)
Once the foundational tactics and crucial strategies are mastered, Course 6 will go beyond simply instructing students on optimizing these tactical approaches.
Course 7 (ages 9-13)
The time has come to embrace the chess game from the first move to the end! In Course 7, students will learn about various aspects of the game: tactics, openings, middle game, and endgame. This will help improve their thinking process throughout the entire game.
